Sorry, the title IS: Reversing Asthma,ISBN: 0-446-51823-9,1996. 1. Asthma-Alternative treatment I’m about 2/3 way thru and trying to use some of the suggestions, especially deep diaphragmatic breathing.  Much is geared to alleric induced symptoms, which I do NOT have.  But overall there is abundant info I’ve read elsewhere here in one volume, plus more.  And I am feeling much better.  Guaifenesin on a regular basis (1200mg x 2/day) has helped much to thin mucous too.  Sue M
